God’s Power and Presence Fall on Miami

Those who attended the Holy Spirit Miracle Crusade in Miami’s American Airlines Arena on April 4–5, 2008, witnessed God’s life-changing and miracle-working power as it touched men, women, and children throughout the massive auditorium.

The incredible crusade choir kicked off each service with majestic music. Two anointed songs especially moved the audience—“The Song of Moses” and “More Than Conquerors”—reminding each listener of God’s eternal promises.

Salvation Message
Pastor Benny Hinn preached an electrifying message each service. Because of the heavy Spanish influence in the Miami area, interpreter Omar Cabrera Jr. translated each service.

Each salvation message was followed by packed aisles as people of all ages sought the greatest miracle—praying to accept Jesus Christ as Savior and receiving salvation.

Also in each service, Pastor Benny taught how Jesus came to heal all, reminding people of one miracle after another from the Gospels.

“As Jesus Christ walked on this earth,” he said, “there were many sick people who lined the streets. The Bible tells us that He healed all! God so desires that people are healed that He even used the apostle Peter’s shadow to heal the sick as he passed by.”

Mighty Miracles 
Pastor Benny declared the promises of God, challenging all who were present to trust God for His miracle-working power. As the intensity of the service built, he began to call out words of knowledge regarding miracles that were taking place all over the arena. Remarkable miracles testimonies included these:

• There was a strong anointing for healing from various forms of arthritis. Pastor Benny urged all those suffering with arthritis to step into the aisles as a healing wave for arthritis descended. Many people came forward to testify of God’s healing touch on their lives and freedom from arthritic pain and discomfort.

• A woman was healed from pancreatic cancer. As Pastor Benny continued to pray for the woman, he said, “Is the pain gone? Check it! Check it!” The first time the woman pressed on her abdomen where all the discomfort and tumor had been, she said it was better. Pastor Benny prayed again and directed her to check it again! As she began to press on the area again, she just kept pressing on her side saying, “It’s gone. The pain is gone!”

• A young woman was delivered from witchcraft!

• There were many testimonies of miracles involving individuals who had come in wheelchairs, too weak to walk—some with cancer and others with debilitating conditions.

• One woman threw her crutches away and walked back and forth across the platform, praising God for her healing. Her husband watched, totally amazed, as his wife walked back and forth without her crutches.

• Many cancerous tumors vanished!

A New Day
Near the close of the service, Pastor Benny called for all the young people to come to the front. Young people burst toward the front of the arena from all over the building. Enthusiastic and spiritually hungry, they came forward with hands upraised and tears flowing freely. Pastor Benny ministered to many of them, laying hands on them and praying for the anointing and fire of the Holy Spirit to visit their lives!
 
Pastor Benny then laid hands on many of the pastors and prayed for them, encouraging them to pray for the sick in their churches to see a continuation of the power and anointing of the Holy Spirit in their own congregations. “This is a new day, a new season,” he proclaimed. “Expect God to visit your churches!”

The Challenge of the Future
“What a wonderful crusade this was!” Pastor Benny reported after the final service. “God is doing such a mighty work in South Florida and throughout the entire Southeast. I am so encouraged by the outpouring of unity among the churches here. It has been some time since we have held a crusade in this beautiful place, and people came hungry and open to the preaching of the Gospel. I’m asking for prayer from the people around the globe, that God will continue to touch an entire generation in Miami and throughout Florida!”
