Dynamic Teaching, Mighty Miracles Fill Orlando’s Convention Center!

Orlando, Florida, well-known for popular tourist attractions, served as the site, on December 12–14, for the final 2008 Benny Hinn Ministries Fire Conference and Miracle Service. What happened there set the stage for what will surely be a historic year of God’s mighty miracles in 2009!

The Friday evening Fire Conference featured dynamic teaching by Pastor Benny Hinn on the anointing and God’s calling.

“The power of the coming age is available to you,” he said. “The baptism of the Holy Spirit is the gateway into the anointing. You will be clothed with the supernatural power of God. When you are clothed with the supernatural, you will become a witness. And the power of God will clothe you so that you can become a representative of Jesus Christ to the world. The Bible states that a revolution of prayer will erupt in your life when that power comes.”

The conference continued on Saturday morning and evening with the crowd swelling to over 2,600 in the final service.

During the Saturday evening service, a powerful anointing fell upon the convention center as Pastor Benny laid hands on and prayed over every person in attendance.

“That was the highlight!” said one Alabama attendee afterward.

“I just knew I had to be here for the impartation service,” a man from Georgia added. “And I’m so glad I was there. It was truly life changing.”

Sunday’s Miracle Service
The weekend in Orlando closed with an exciting miracle service on December 14 as enthusiastic conference-goers brought unsaved family and friends,  more than doubling the previous crowds.

A choir of several hundred helped create an atmosphere of praise and worship. Pastor Benny preached a straightforward message of salvation, challenging everyone in attendance to make a decision regarding each soul’s eternal destiny. As he extended the invitation for salvation, hundreds of hands raised all over the center. People of all ages, many with tear-stained faces, then streamed to the front in anticipation of what was about to happen. Pastor Benny led them in a prayer of repentance and surrender.

Then, following a faith-filled message on healing, a strong anointing for miracles descended and people all over the auditorium began to sense God’s healing touch.

Miracles during the service include lame people suddenly able to walk, cancers vanished, hearing restored, arthritis gone, tumors dissolved, and painful back problems healed.

“This is one of our largest-attended conferences of all 2008,” Pastor Benny reported afterward. “Over and over God has been showing us that we are moving into an incredible and powerful time of hunger for the presence and power of God. We have seen an increase throughout the year of that hunger, and it was certainly there among the audience in Orlando. I am looking forward to even greater conferences, miracle services, and crusades in 2009, and I ask my partners around the world to pray that God continues to touch an entire generation with His power! These are prophetic days!”
